Leak Point One Stereo

Effectively a stereo version of the Varislope III, but with the Varislope circuit removed. Bass and treble circuit is the Baxandall circuit. Four EF86 valves are used - two for each channel.

  

The Point One Stereo pre-amplifier is designed specifically for use with the Stereo 20 or Stereo 50 power amplifiers, though it may also be used with any combination of two Leak monaural power amplifiers ( TL/12, TL/10, TL/12 PLUS, TL/25 PLUS,  TL/50 PLUS)

 "The Point One Stereo pre-amplifier is probably the most comprehensive unit in existence covering every refinement for stereo tape, disc and radio plus monaural amplification for any form of input signal … it is difficult to think of any additional requirement that one would ever wish. The equipment performs with the high performance always associated with the tradition of Leak equpment. Hum and Noise :  approx.  60 dB below full power output on tuner or extra and 52 dB below on other inputs.
