The little
giant. Little refer to price. Giant refers to quality. Because while the Model
1030 is the least expensive console amplifier Marantz makes - it's still
assembled with all the same precision craftsmanship and meticulous construction
as the costlier units. It's not quiet as powerful nor does it have as many
features. So, what we're really saying is you're not paying extra for extras you
don't need. What you do get is 30 Watts or more continuouss power with less
than 0,5% distortion. There's a tape monitoring facility and front panel
microphone input. The main and remote speakers have convenient quick-connect
terminals. Plus, stepped tone controls for easily repeatable settings. The
Model 1030 - Thank Marantz for small favors.
