The JVC
QL-F6 is full of new and useful features. Namely, for higher speed accuracy,
we've added another speed-correction system to the renowed JVC Quartz
servosystem. For higher tracking accuracy, we've added a new oil damping system
to our New Gimbal Support. And for low acoustic feedback, we've used a bottom
board made of newly-developed H.D.P. compoud - heavier and more solid than
conventional plastics - in combination with a solid aluminum die-cast cabinet.
Further improvements are made even in the smallest of parts. What improvements
do they offer your ears? Here the QL-F6 at your nearest dealer - your ears will
know the answers.
Variable
"Q" Oil-Damped Tonearm.
The tonearm
of the QL-F6 is on JVC's New Gimbal type support, known for low friction and
high sensitivity. But JVC has made its performance even better by adding to it
our new variable "Q" oil damping system. Advantages are:
1) Damped
"Q" (low-frequency resonance) results in better tracking
2) Sensitivity
is high, with the support critically controlled
3) The user
never needs to replace or replenish oil
4) Resistance
to acoustic feedback is higher
5) The
"Q" can be adjusted by a pair of controls - one for horizontal and
one for vertical - to match the cartridge's compliance.
JVC'scomputer-asisted
"K&K Method" was the creative force behind this innovative
development.
JVC's New
Double-Quartz Servosystem
In addition
to the conventional JVC Quartz servo- the one that incorporates a phase
comparator - there's another Quartz servosystem inside the QL-F6; the F-V
converter makes the use of reference Quartz crystal rather than a more
conventional reference voltage generator. Thus the rock-steady platter speed is
made still more accurate. You cannot find another turntable offering steadier
and more reliable speed control.
JVC's
coreless motor is accurately controlled by these two dependable servos to
rotate the platter with unimpeachable constancy. Besides, it vibrates very
little and generates high torque (1,2 kg/cm) for a coreless motor, thanks to
the newly-developed push-pull drive circuit. Finally, the JVC Super Servo FG
(Frequency Generator) is built inside the motor to detect any speed error and
help keep the platter spinnung accurate, always.
