This model is a 2½-way, 4 Ω bookshelf speaker. In common
with the mbl 300E, the cabinet utilizes a 170 mm Kevla cone - now as a
woofer/midrange driver, a 28 mm soft dome tweeter and the magnetostatic super
tweeter.
The sound
"blooms" from the speaker, rich in nuances, with high resolution and
a clear, structured bass.
