Many expensive recorders offer automatic reverse playback, a few offer automatic reverse recording. But only Pioneer offers automatic reverse playback and recording that operate in less than 0,5 seconds. This unbelievable technological achievement is a significant advance in stereophonic recording. In effect, it means that you have twice the length of tape available when recording. Only now can you be sure of capturing the longest symphony or opera or jazz festival without an ugly, irritating break. This reverse system operates automatically. This automatic system uses sensing foil, and is automatically cut out when the function lever is on Fast. Thus it is absolutely impossible for tape damage to occur from the reversal system.
