What is stereo?

There are now two system of high fidelity, monophonic (monaural) and stereophonic. Monophonic is a system that starts from one microphone and is fed through a single high fidelity set. Stereophonic is a double system. Two separate microphones are placed at different sides of the orchestra and two different systems are used to keep the two signals or channels separated. Two separate speakers are used, placed on different sides of you room. Stereo is much like 3-D photography, two slightly different sound reach your ears giving you a new dimension in sound.

Bozak B-301A Tempo

The uniform quality of Bozak speaker components is such that a Bozak woofer purchased today, for exmple, can be matched with a woofer purchased 10 years ago. This uniformity stems from the fact that Bozak, unlike most other manufactures, completely fabricates and assembles its own component speakers and cabinetry - even going to the extent of compounding the materials used in its speaker cones.
This component unifirmity also permits Bozak to offer its unique speaker "growth" system. Which means that, as your room size, musical acuity or budget increases, your investment in these compact Bozaks need not be lost.
The components can be incorporated into larger Bozak Systems.
An investment in a Bozak speaker system is a lifetime investment in musical enjoyment.
 Tempo II
Model B-301A with simulated walnut vinyl surfaces, changeable fabric grille.
Model B-301F with true walnut veneer surfaces, pedestal base, sculptured foam grille.

Tempo II is the smallest three-way speaker system in the Bozak line and the finest truly bookshell-sized speaker system available.
It is a true state-of-the-art. System. Bozak engineers having had to develop an entirely new midrange unit to provide true three-way reproduction in an enclosure of such modest size. Components, include the famed variable-density, high compliance 12-inch B-199A woofer, exclusive with Bozak, for bass without artificial boom; a special 41/2-inch dampened aluminum midrange speaker which gives a clarity of these important tones not found in any other bookshelf system, and a single unit of the famed Bozak B-200Y tweeter, front mounted, for smoothness in the upper ranges.
An L-C crossover network transfers the sound from one component speaker to another at a smooth 6 dB/octave rate. An Acoustical Contour switch permits varying the output frequency response from Normal (Flat) to Bright or Mellow to suit room acoustics or individual preferences.
