Professional users include the CBC (cost to cost), the national ARTS Centre, The National Research Council, Tv and radio stations, recording studios.
" Transient response is excellent, with good attack and well damped suspension of ringing. A very realistic sttereo image is created, both in spread and depth, as a result of the good dispersion pattern and phase coherence of the Avanté"

PSB Targa loudspeakers

PSB Speakers
The latest group of PSB Speakers to enter the market is one impressive family: Targa, Avante, Passif I and Passif II adapt some of the most innovative design features in the industry. All four models of this matched family are two-way systems, reducing the problems associated with a second cross-over in the critical midrange, where the ear hears most accurately. PSB's  tweeters and long-throw woofers are matched in critically tuned and damped enclosures, keeping distortion to a minimum.
Targa
If your room and budget are relatively small, the Targa is the speaker for you. Engineered for modest systems, the Targa will deliver the PSB family sound in a smaller environment. Because of the smaller dome tweeter size, no phase plug is required in the Targa (but essential in the 1" dome). You will notice good bass response and smooth, natural highs, thanks to PSB's exclusive low diffraction baffle.
Even though the Targa's price is amall, it's sound and quality are not compromised.
