The CD 75II
(1989) Compact Disc Player is a much improved version of the popular award
winning Marantz CD 65/75 model. This player offers a sound quality that has set
a standard against which other players are judged. To this is added full remote
control and the convenience of Favourite Track Selection, High performance low
distortion digital-to-analogue convertor chips are used with four times
oversampling and Marantz digital filtering. Independent power supplies ensure
that no digital noise reaches the analogue output stages. Treble delicacy or
detail is retained that can often be lost when the servos that ensure accurate
tracking of the disc operate. The power supplies guarantee tight bass control.
Direct access is given to 99-tracks with a 20-step memory which can be
programmed by track, index point or time. The CD75II has both fixed and
variable level outputs (phono).
