FM Stereo
and FM-AM Receiver
Knowing that
a low cost stereo receiver need not and should not sacrifice flexibilty or
performance, Sony engineers have created a receiver that is pleasing to the
discriminating ear and the budget pocket-book. The 6045's power handling
capacity may seam modest compared with Sony's higher priced receivers, but its 75 watts are more
than enough to drive two pairs of loudspeakers to conceret half sonic levels.
The FM and AM tuber sections of this remarkable receiver employ the same
innovative solid state techniques that characterize all Sony components. Offering more
dollar-for-dollar value than do other receivers priced considerably higher, the
Sony STR-6045 is the ideal focal point around which to build a moderate cost
music system.
