What is stereo?

There are now two system of high fidelity, monophonic (monaural) and stereophonic. Monophonic is a system that starts from one microphone and is fed through a single high fidelity set. Stereophonic is a double system. Two separate microphones are placed at different sides of the orchestra and two different systems are used to keep the two signals or channels separated. Two separate speakers are used, placed on different sides of you room. Stereo is much like 3-D photography, two slightly different sound reach your ears giving you a new dimension in sound.

Denon PMA-300V amplifier

PMA-300V integrated amplifier features:

A hefty power supply transformer and large capacitors provide excellent dynamic power characteristics and high output power.

"Pure Current Supply" decreases dynamic IM distortion by 60 dB

Electronic switches and ideal chassis construction eliminate external noise.

7 sets of audio inputs

Feather-touch input selectors for superior ease in handling.

Powerful yet elegant design, living up to precendents set by Denon's PMA-900V series of high-class amplifiers

"Pure Current Supply" Decreases Dynamic IM Distrtion

The Pure Current Supply circuit with Denon's original bridged block capacitor system suppresses dynamic IM distortion by 60 dB for improved sound quality. Furthermore, a hefty power supply transformer provides excellent dynamic power characteristics and a high power output of 60 W + 60 W (8 Ω, 20 Hz- 20 kHz)

High Dynamic Power

The power amplifier section  a result of Denon's long exceptional power transistors (Pc 80 W, ft 20 MHz) for greater dynamic power. The dynamic output is a full 115 W + 115 W with 4 Ω , and 120 W  + 120 W with 2 Ω speaker loads.

7 Sets of Audio Inputs

Equipped with 7 sets of audio input terminals for connecting various kind of audio equipment such as Phono, Aux/Video-1 Aux/Video-2 CD Tuner and Tape -1, -2

Straight Amplification Design

The chassis design promotes the sortest signal transfer, and parts are ideally placed on only one single board thanks to superior mounting techniques.
