No effort

amplifier available anywhere. From its FET equipped FM front end to its
spring-loaded, one touch speaker trminal, every circuit and control has been
designed with typical Hitachi fastidiousness. Accurate tuning is easy with
signal strength and centre-zero tuning meters, and a muting control eliminates
FM squelch. Further accuracy and clarity are guaranteed by ceramic filters and
a time switching MPX decoder.
